Not playing in games due to bans.

BIGGEST INFLUENCE WITHIN ICE HOCKEY:

There have been several - Peter Johnson, various members of the team throughout my playing time and my Mum and Stepdad.

PEOPLE YOU ADMIRE WITHIN ICE HOCKEY?

Most people who can play good hockey and keep their tempers, even over the last season. In particular, my brother Arran, but that may change if I ever beat him in a race.

HOW DID YOU GET YOUR NICKNAME?

Haven't got one unless you count Ginger *******, which is probably obvious.

DREAM HOCKEY LINE (BRITS):

I don't have one. I've played with too many players I enjoy playing with to discount any.

DREAM LINE (FOREIGNERS):

Don't have one. Possibly some of the guys from my college team in Toledo.

THOUGHTS ON BRITISH HOCKEY:

Not enough space. In summary, its gonna go down the pan or else it will be all Scots and Southerners who make it to the top as British trained players. The North of the country needs more than 2 or 3 BNL teams. British hockey should be for British players with a few imports to up the tempo and standard (and as someone to make fun of in the dressing room).

ADVICE FOR YOUNG PLAYERS:

Don't take Nipper's shouting too much to heart. If you want to be a good player, stick at it and steer clear of booze, women, cigs and drugs. Use your parents' milk bottles for target practice and go general skating regularly
